BKB holds training on SME reporting

Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) organised a two-day training programme on SBS-1,2,3 and SME reporting at its training institute of in the city on June 2 and June 3. Deputy general managers, chief regional managers, regional managers and officials of different levels of the bank participated in the training course.
Managing Director (additional charge) of the bank M Fazlul Haque inaugurated the training programme while Deputy Managing Director (DMD) Md Nurul Huda Chowdhury spoke on the occasion as the chief guest in the valedictory function.
The BKB MD said SBS-1.2,3 SME reporting is not a new one but aims at one hundred per cent correct reporting as per directions of the Bangladesh Bank. He had also drawn the attention of the participants to providing the concerned statements and reporting correctly as well as confidently from next July '07.
The deputy managing director gave directives for sending various statements to the Bangladesh Bank. The meeting was presided over by Principal of Training Institute Md. Nasir Uddin Talukder. Among others, General Manger of Dhaka division Md. Azif Uddin, participant Md. Korban Ali (DGM), A.H. M. Abdul Odud (DGM) and Course Coordinator Matek Newaz gave important speeches on the occasion.
