BKB officials urged to ensure smooth delivery of agri loans

Officials of Bangladesh Krishi Bank (BKB) have been urged to ensure smooth delivery of agricultural loans to the farmers without delay and harassment.
Managing Director of the Bank Mukter Hussain made the appeal while addressing the regional and branch managers' conference of the bank as the special guest in the city recently, said a press release.
Chairman of the bank Khondkar Ibrahim Khaled inaugurated the meeting as the chief guest.
General Manager of the bank (Dhaka Division) Md Siddikur Rahman presided over the conference.
All regional and branch managers and regional audit officers of Dhaka Division were present at the conference.
Among others, Mr Saud Ahmed, Divisional Audit Officer Hefzur Rahman, Principal of the bank' training institute Liakat Hossain Moral, BCBD Department Deputy General Manager (DGM) ATM Anisur Rahman and DGMs of the Divisional office Hafiz Uddin and Shahjahan Chowdhury were present at the conference.
