BKMEA leaders meet CMP commissioner

CHITTAGONG, Sept 19: Leaders of the Bangladesh Knitwear Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BKMEA) paid a courtesy call on Chittagong Metropolitan Police (CMP) Commissioner Md Moniruzzaman at the latter's office in the city Thursday.
Local BKMEA Chairman Shaukat Osman led the delegation. The BKMEA chairman pointed out the different problems and prospects of the ready-made garments (RMG) sector and sought cooperation of the police administration for resolving the prevailing problems on behalf of the association.
The CMP commissioner greeted the BKMEA delegation and assured them of providing all out cooperation to the RMG sector for ensuring a peaceful atmosphere there.
