BKSP, Ansar teams emerge champions

BKSP and Ansar teams emerged champions in the Men's Intermediate and Women's groups respectively in the Marcel TV Victory Day Boxing competition that concluded at the Mohammad Ali Boxing Stadium in the city Friday, reports UNB.
Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Prothisthan (BKSP) team earned 15 medals-seven gold and eight silver medals-to clinch the Men's Intermediate group title while Bangladesh Army team finished runners-up bagging three gold medals and a silver.
Bangladesh Ansar & VDP team won the Women's group crown with two gold medals and one silver while Bangladesh Police team finished runners-up bagging one gold and one sliver.
Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) Vice-president Mizanur Rahman Manu distributed the prizes as the chief guest at the closing ceremony.
