BKSP earned a two-wicket victory over BCB Games Development XI in a friendly cricket match Friday at the Dhanmondi Cricket Stadium marking the Independence Day, reports UNB.
Winning the toss, BCB Games Development XI batted first to score 217 for 7 in 45 overs with Ikhtedar Nazeef Ahmed making 43 off 67 balls that featured two fours.
Nurul Hasan scored 36 runs off 39 balls with two fours while Taibur Rahman made 27 off 31 balls, also with two fours.
Asif Ahmed grabbed two wickets for 37 runs.
In reply, BKSP reached their target of 218 runs in 44.4 overs for the loss of eight wickets.
Anamul Haque scored a century hammering 103 runs off 101 balls with nine fours and a six to be adjudged man of the match while Zakaria Masud scored 34 runs off 32 balls with four fours and a six.
Shaker Ahmed claimed three wickets for 29 runs while Mobashshir Khan took two wickets for 42 runs.
