BKSP win over Mymensingh

Defending champions BKSP made a flying start in the Super League of the Araf Apparels 21st National Youth Hockey Competition outplaying Mymensingh DSA by 10-1 goals at the Maulana Bhashani National Hockey Stadium in the city Monday, reports UNB.
BKSP led the first half by 7-1 goals in the one sided affair.
Ajit Kumar made a hattrick scoring four goals, Pushkar Khisha netted three, Hasan Jubair, Saddam Hossain and Rubel Hossain scored one goal each for the winners.
Zahidul Islam Jasim scored the consolation goal for Mymensingh DSA.
In the day's other match, Runners up Dhaka DSA beat Faridpur DSA by 4-2 goals.
Mohammad Alamgir Islam, Mohammad Afsar Uddin, Mohammad Faisal Hossain and Mohammad Abdur Rashid scored one goal apiece for the hosts. Skipper Mohammad Reaz Hossain and Saiful Islam netted for Faridpur DSA.
Tuesday's matches: Munshiganj DSA vs Faridpur DSA (11:00 am).
Mymensingh DSA vs Rajshahi DSA (1:30 pm).
