BNP complains of vote rigging after defeat: Quader

Sunday, 3 May 2015

JESSORE, May 2 (BSS): Road, Transport and Bridges Minister Obaidul Quader said  Saturday BNP is now making complaint both at home and abroad after suffering defeat in the city corporations' polls and failing to launch anti-government movement.
"BNP is making complaint about vote-rigging in recent polls to three city corporations," he told a view-exchange-meeting with the journalists after inaugurating 'Bablatolla Bridge' in Jessore downtown this morning.
Quader, also Awami League Presidium member, said BNP is spreading falsehood centring the city elections but their candidates were quite unable to engage polling agents at the polling booths.
