BNP-govt dialogue concludes

The second round of dialogue between the government and the BNP ended Thursday night shortly before 9:00pm, reports bdnews24.com.
"We are going to meet the government again to talk about ensuring a free and fair election," BNP Joint Secretary General Nazrul Islam Khan told the news agency before the talks, which began at 6.30pm.
"We'll raise our demands and discuss ways of creating an election-friendly atmosphere, as we'd like all hurdles to fair elections removed."
The government team, led by Chief Adviser Fakhruddin Ahmed, included Communication Adviser Ghulam Quader, Law Adviser AF Hassan Ariff, Local Government Adviser Anwarul Iqbal, Education and Commerce Adviser Hossain Zillur Rahman and Foreign Affairs Adviser Iftekhar Ahmed Chowdhury.
