BNP leader Dhali on remand

A Dhaka court has placed Ataur Rahaman Dhali, advisor to BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia, on a three-day remand in a case lodged over arson attack in city's Mohammadpur area on October 29, reports BSS.
Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Nurul Huda Chowdhury passed the order on Sunday as police produced him before the court with a seven-day remand prayer.
On November 21, police arrested Ataur Rahman Dhali from the city's Bosila area.
