BNP leader hurt in bomb attack

BENAPOLE, Feb 13 (UNB): A local Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) leader was seriously injured in a bomb attack at Navaron under Sharsha Upazila Saturday.
Witnesses said unidentified assailants threw two bombs at Akbar Ali while working in front of his house in the morning, leaving him critically injured.
Akbar was first admitted to Navaron Hospital from where he was shifted to Jessore Sadar Hospital following deterioration of his condition.
