Sunday, 12 April 2015

BNP joint secretary general Mahbub Uddin Khokon on Saturday said they believed they would get back BNP leader Salahuddin Ahmed alive soon, reports UNB.
"After a meeting with Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) commissioner we've become a bit optimistic that Salahuddin Ahmed is alive and we'll get him back soon," he said.
Khokan, also the general secretary of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA), came up with the remarks at a press briefing at BNP's Nayapaltan central office in the evening.
Earlier in the day, a delegation of pro-BNP lawyers, led by Mahbubuddin Khokan, met DMP commissioner Asaduzzaman Miah's office.
