Saturday, 8 May 2010
BNP secretary general Khandaker Delwar Hossain Friday termed the recent remarks of the Prime Minister against leader of the opposition Khaleda Zia over whitening black money as blatant lie, motivated and smacking of low mentality, reports UNB.
Addressing a press briefng at the BNP's Nayapaltan central office in the afternoon, Delwar strongly condemned the Prime Minister's remarks, and said such "irrelevant and irresponsible" comments have come as a surprise to the people.
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina had reportedly stated that BNP chairperson Khaleda Zia made her black money white.
The BNP secretary general said the government, through such diversions, is trying to shift its massive failure on to the shoulder of BNP.
