BNP rally at Muktangon today

Opposition BNP will hold rally at the city's Muktangon today (Thursday) to press home a number of demands including arrest of price hike of essentials, end to crisis of public utility services and worsening law and order situation in the country.
It is also designed to protest against the missing of DCC Ward Councillor Chowdhury Alam, brutal killing of upazila chairman Sanaullah Noor Babu, filing false cases and attacks on opposition demanding cancelling agreement allowing a foreign country to use transit, corridor and ports, protesting killing of Bangladeshi nationals in border and India's move to construct Tipaimukh Dam and 'illegally evicting' Khaleda Zia from 'her own residence'.
