BNP to face political death if sides with war criminals: Nasim

Awami League (AL) central leader and former home minister Mohammad Nasim Friday said BNP would have to face political death if it sided with the war criminals and 'razakars', reports BSS.
"Don't try to foil the process of war criminals' trial and take side with the 'razakars' by indulging in destructive politics like issueless hartal to receive wraths of the peace- loving people", he said.
Mohammad Nasim was speaking as the chief guest at a pre-human chain rally organised by Bangabandhu Herbal Chikithshak (physicians) Parishad in front of the Jatiya Press Club (JPC) to press home its demands for trial of the war criminals, arrest of the listed perpetrators of violation of human rights and establishing a 'Razakar' and terrorism free Bangladesh.
Dhaka City Awami League Publication and Publicity Secretary Abdul Haq Sabuj, Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Managing Editor Azizul Islam Bhuyian, Bangabandhu Moncha Chairman Niaz Mohammad Khan, Awami Ulema League president Maulana Elias Hossain bin Helali, Muktijoddha Sanghati Parishad secretary general Abdus Salam Pintu, Projonmo '71 president Azizur Rahman, Bangabandhu Academy Secretary General Humayun Kabir Minto and Syed Nazmul Alam of Awami Muktijoddha Projonmo League spoke on the occasion.
Organisation's president Hakim Rafiqul Islam presided over the programme.
