Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) will provide all sorts of cooperation for treatment of those injured in the anti-quota student movement.
BNP standing committee member Dr Zahid Hossain made the announcement after visiting the injured persons admitted to the National Institute of Ophthalmology (NIO) in the capital.

Many of the injured persons need long-term treatment and out of them 11 persons could not see almost lost their sight, Dr Jahid said.
Asked about the health condition of BNP chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia, he said that she is under constant observations from doctors.
He says Khaleda Zia will fly abroad soon but it is yet to be decided which country and what hospital she would will receive treatment.
Meanwhile, BNP vowed on Sunday to continue movement until the restoration of democracy in the country.
BNP leader Sultan Salahuddin Tuku said it before namaj-e-janaza of Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal activists Iman (hailed from Mirzapur and Tangail) and Riaz (hailed Hijla in Barishal) held at the BNP Nayapaltan headquarters in the capital.
The duo succumbed to their injuries while undergoing treatment at Dhaka Medical College Hospital. They were wounded seriously during the recent students-people movement against 'autocrat' Sheikh Hasina.
Mr Tuku prayed for the salvation of the departed souls of JCD activists who sacrificed their lives and early recovery of the wounded persons during the movement against the Sheikh Hasina-led government.
He said that BNP will bear responsibility of the slain JCD activists.
