BNP wins Daudkandi municipal by-polls

COMILLA, Jun 26 (UNB): BNP-backed candidate Abdus Sattar won the mayoral by-election to Daudkandi municipality held Thursday.
Sattar bagged 4,235 votes while his nearest candidate of BNP rebel MI Khalil polled 3,786.
