BNP's 10-day programme to observe Nov 7 starts today

Main opposition BNP will start 10-day programme from today (Wednesday) to observe the historic November 7 in celebration of the National Revolution and Solidarity Day, reports UNB.
BNP and its front and associate organisations at a joint meeting with Secretary General Khandaker Delwar Hossain in the chair at the party's central office in the city Monday took the decision.
The day will start with hoisting of the party flag, placing of floral wreaths at the mazar of late President Ziaur Rahman and holding rallies and discussions.
The meeting was attended, among others, by Abdul Moyeen Khan, Altaf Hossain Chowdhury, Abdullah Al Noman, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Amanullah Aman, Salahuddin Ahmed, Fazlul Huq Milon and Abdul Latif Jony.
