BNP's polls-time supportive govt proposal a conspiracy: Inu

Monday, 22 January 2018

Information Minister Hasanul Huq Inu said on Sunday the proposal for an election-time supportive government is the politics of conspiracy hatched by BNP, report agencies.
"BNP has failed to place any outline in favour of a supportive government, constitutional solution or permanent solution to the nation in the last eight years. BNP's such demand is nothing but a reiteration that was placed by the party before election in 2010.
It is the doubtful politics of BNP and conspiracy against next national polls," Inu said while talking to reporters after attending a programme at Kushtia Circuit House.
Regarding the Dhaka North City Corporation Election, Inu, also the president of Jatiya Samajtantrik Dal (JSD), said if the government had feared to lose power it would have not held any election. All elections will be held in due time at any situation.
JSD Kushtia joint secretary Zillur Rahman, Mirpur upazila general secretary Ahammad Ali, among others, were present at the view-exchange meeting with the party leaders-activists.
