BOA announces SA Games sub-committees

Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA) in a bid to smoothly host the 11th South Asian Games announced on Friday, 20 member powerful sub-committees , mostly headed by Members of Parliament, reports BSS.
State Minister for Youth and Sports Ahad Ali Sarker heads the 36-member Steering Committee with BOA Secretary General Kutubuddin Ahmed as member secretary.
BOA Secretary General Kutubuddin Ahmed told BSS today, " Our sincere effort is to host the Games in a most efficient way so that it should be remembered in future as one of the best Games. We have tried our best to include all the efficient persons in the steering and sub-committees and even given liberty to the conveners of most of the committees to co-opt additional members if by mistake any deserving persons might have been left out".
" Almost all the conveners of Dhaka South Asian Games Official Committee (DSAGOC) are included in the steering committee for the smooth functioning of the meet said BOA Secretary General."
