BOARD MEETING OF NITOL INSURANCE COMPANY

The 174th board meeting of Nitol Insurance Company Limited was held virtually recently. The meeting was chaired by AKM Monirul Hoque, Chairman of the company. CEO SM Mahbubul Karim was also present. It was proposed in the meeting that a 10.5 per cent cash dividend be paid out to the investors for the year 2023. The board decided to hold the 25th Annual General Meeting on June 27 and fixed May 19 as the record date.
