Bodies of 2 women found in city apartment

Slit-throat bodies of two women were found in an apartment in the capital's Uttar Jatrabari Tuesday evening, police said.
The deceased were identified as Raushan Ara (60) and her housemaid Kalpana, (13), said Parimal Chandra Das, a sub-inspector of Jatrabari Police Station.
He said they recovered the bodies from a flat on the first floor of a residential building at around 5:30pm. "We've sent the bodies to Sir Salimullah Medical College and Hospital for autopsy.
Other details in this regard were not available immediately while filing the report.
