Body formed to investigate M\\\'singh stampede

A three-member committee has been formed to investigate the incident of stampede during distribution of jakat clothes in Mymensingh. Sources at the police headquarters (HQs) said the probe body has been given five days to submit its findings. Kamrul Hasan, an official of Police HQs, said Dhaka Range Additional DIG M Shafiqul Islam has been made the convener of the probe body was formed on Friday night by the police headquarters. The committee was asked to submit its reports within the next five working days, he stated. The two members of the probe body are PBI Police Super Mostafa Kamal and Dhaka Metropolitan Police ASP M Afzal Hossain, according to a news agency.
