Body formed to reclaim pry schools’ grabbed land

A parliamentary body on Wednesday formed a 5-member sub-committee to submit recommendations over the steps taken for reclaiming the grabbed land of government primary schools and its progress report to it. The decision came from the 7th meeting of the parliamentary standing committee on Primary and Mass Education Ministry, held at the Jatiya Sangsad with committee chief Md Motaher Hossain in the chair. The committee discussed land grabbing of 51 government primary schools in metropolitan area and formed the sub-committee with AKM Jahangir Hossain as its head, according to UNB.
