Body of a boy recovered in Munshiganj

MUNSHIGANJ, Oct 25 (UNB): The body of an adolescent boy was recovered from a water body after two days of his missing at Baroikhali village in Srinagar upazila in Munshiganj on Monday noon. The deceased was identified as Apu Khandakar, 12, student of class V of Baroikhali government Primary High School and son of Shamim Khandakar of the village. Police said Apu went missing on Saturday since he jumped into the Baroikhai waterbody for swimming while returning from school. Later, on Monday morning local people found the floating body of the Apu in the waterbody.
