Body of a woman recovered in Gopalganj

GOPALGANJ, Feb 8: Gopalganj thana police recovered the body of a housewife from a fish enclosure in embankment at Gobra under Sadar upazila in the district Saturday.
The deceased was identified as Sayma Akter Mita (22), wife of Mozahidur Rahman (Regan) of village Gobra under Gopalganj Sadar upazila of the district.
On information from local people thana police recovered the deadbody and sent it to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Police said Sayma might have been strangulated to death. A case was filed with Goalganj P.S in this connection but police could not arrest anybody till writing this report.
