Body recovered in Munshiganj

MUNSHIGANJ, Nov 19 (BSS): Police recovered the body of a housewife from a water body of Noirpukurpar area under Sadar upazila of the district this morning.
The deceased was identified as Anna Akhter, 18, daughter of Amjad Ali of Ghasipukurpar under the upazila.
Being informed, police rushed to the spot, recovered the body from the area and sent it to Munshiganj Sadar Hospital morgue.
Police suspected that her husband's family members might have killed the victim.
Police also arrested Anna's mother-in law. A case was filed with concerned thana in this connection.
