Thursday, 10 April 2014

The government has formed a committee to probe the allegation of question paper leak in the Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) exam under the Dhaka education board. Dhaka board secretary Prof Abdus Salam Hawlader is heading a five-member probe team constituted on Thursday, education ministry spokesperson Subodh Chandra Dhali has said. The committee has been told to submit its findings within 15 working days. HSC tests scheduled for Thursday were postponed after allegations of leaked question papers being sold in some parts of Dhaka on Wednesday evening. SC candidates and those enrolled for Diploma in Business Studies were to sit for their English Second Paper test on Thursday. The HSC and equivalent examinations had begun across Bangladesh on April 3, according to bdneews24.com.
