Bogra Jamaat leader arrested

A local leader of Jamaat-e-Islami leader was arrested on violence charges from his residence in Sardar Para under Bogra Sadar Upazila on Sunday night. The arrested was identified as Omar Ali, Ameer of Dupchachia municipality unit Jamaat. Police said, being informed, a police team conducted a drive in Omar’s house around 8:15pm and arrested him in connection with several cases on violence, according to a news agency.
