Bollywood starlet Vidya Balan made Toshiba brand ambassador

Bollywood starlet Vidya Balan, one of the most acclaimed actresses of the Indian film industry is now the new face for consumer electronics giant Toshiba for the South Asian region.
This was announced at a 'Press Meet' organised on the occasion of introducing the new brand ambassador of Toshiba Notebook PC in Bangladesh at a city hotel Thursday.
On the same occasion, a range of new product line up of Toshiba PC notebooks including PORTEGE M800, Satellite L310 and L30 as well as Satellite M300 and A300 was introduced.
Equipped with the built in Web Camera with SmartFace Technology; the Satellite models additionally features DVD SuperMulti Double Layer Drive while PORTEGE M800 as well as M300 and A300 comes also with the super-high gloss exterior Toshiba Fusion Finish and built in FM tuner.
"While PORTEGE M800 or the Satellite M300 and A300 models are targeted towards the design conscious consumers; Satellite L310 and L30 will be available at a more competitive price," informed Director of International Office Machine (IOM) Md. Rezaul Karim.
Established in 1875, Toshiba is a world leader in high technology consumer electronics and accessories. The company also credited itself with the designing of the world's first industry standard notebook back in 1985.
