A book titled 'Zamindar House of East Bengal' authored by M Mahmud Ali is available at the Amar Ekushey Grantha Mela in the capital.
The book is based on the facts and findings related to the visits Mr Mahmud Ali paid to different archeological sites across the country from 2014 to 2023, as a research purpose.
Published by Dibya Prakash, the book is available at stall no. 336-339 of the book fair.
It is a comprehensive book on the Zamindar houses of East Bengal (now Bangladesh).
This book gives a brief introduction to 491 Zamindar houses.
Several Zamindar houses are described in terms of architectural features.
