A condolence meeting was held in the city Saturday last in memory of journalist and former Consumer Association of Bangladesh (CAB) President Borhan Ahmed, said a press release.
Speakers at the meeting said, "Borhan Ahmed was an honest, moderate, positive-minded, energetic and determined human being having good organising capability."
They said, "He had been attached with CAB since the 80s, holding different senior positions and making immense contributions." "Borhan Ahmed was a dedicated journalist and worked for the rights of the journalists as well," they said.
