Boy crushed to death by train in city

A schoolboy was crushed to death by a speeding train while crossing rail tracks at Kuril Bishaw Road in the city on Sunday, reports UNB.
The deceased was identified as Pavel Ahmed, 13, a Class-VII student of Kuril Ideal School. Son of Liton Ahmed, Pavel was residing with his parents at Joar Sahara area of Kuril.
Hospital sources said Pavel was returning home after attending Akheri Munajat of Bisaw Ijtema at Tongi. When he was crossing the rail tracks near Kuril Bisaw Road around 12:30pm, he was hit by a train.
