Boy dies from food poisoning in Comilla

COMILLA, Nov 10 (UNB)-A minor boy died of food poisoning and 27 other children fell sick after having picnic at Kakoirtola in Barura uapzila on Wednesday night. The deceased was identified as Aftaful, 6, son of Yusuf Ali. Police said some children of the area arranged a picnic on Wednesday night after collecting rice, pulses and meat from the local people. After having picnic at night 28 children fell sick. Among them, Aftaful died at uapzila health complex while others were admitted to the same hospital and Comilla Medical College Hospital. Officer-in-charge of Barura police station SM Badrul said sample of the food was sent to Chittagong for test.
