Boy goes missing in Nilphamari pond

NILPHAMARI, Apr 03 (BSS): A 15-year-old schoolboy went missing while taking sacred bath at 'Nilsagor', a large pond, in the district on Wednesday morning.
The boy was identified as Sumon Chandro Rao, son of Shukumar Chandro Rao, hailing from Moshrot Gorgram in Sadar upazila.
Locals said the incident occurred while the schoolboy taking sacred bath along with his three friends in the water body.
Divers from Rangpur firefighters have been searching him from 11.00 am.
