Boy killed in Bagerhat road accident

BAGERHAT, Oct 14 (BSS): A minor boy was killed in a road accident at Mahiskhamar area on the Bagerhat-Mongla highway under Fakirhat upazila of the district this morning.
The deceased was Ariful Islam, 7, son of Hamid Morol of Shibnagar village under Rampal upazila of the district.
Police said the accident occurred when a goods-laden truck hit Ariful in the area at about 11am when he was crossing the road. He died on the spot.
