Boy 'murdered' in Keraniganj

The family of an eight-year old boy whose body was recovered from a pond at Keraniganj on Friday morning, alleged that he was murdered after being abducted by his sister's lover. Local people along with relatives of 'Himel' (8), recovered his body from a pond adjoining the area's Muslimabad Bottola field at around 6.30am. Later, the police sent the body to Sir Salimullah Medical College Hospital for autopsy. Himel was the son of Md Ibrahim, a drug-store owner of Keraniganj's Madaripur village.
