BPC invites photos for competition and exhibition

Bangladesh Parjatan Corporation (BPC) has invited pictures for its first ever photo competition and exhibition scheduled to be held from July 4-5 at Shilpakala Academy, reports UNB.
The corporation, which is likely to be turned into National Tourism Authority soon, will collect photos in 19 categories.
The categories include natural scenery, Cox's Bazar and Kuakata sea beaches, Sundarbans, tribal lives, rural and urban Bangladesh, fairs and festivals, national days, cultural, historical and archeological spots, wild lives, flora and fauna and seasons.
The photos to be selected from the competition will be used for posters, handbooks, folder kit, calendars, said BPC Chairman Shafiq Alam Mehedi.
