Bproperty signs deal with EMPL on luxury bldg project

Bproperty has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Estate Management Partners Limited on a luxury building project recently, says a press release.
Under the MoU, three units of the luxurious EMPL Anondo, a nine-storied luxury residential building located in Banani, will be exclusively marketed by Bproperty, with each unit being 3,190 sq ft.
The building was designed by architect Mohammad Foyez Ullah of Volume Zero.
The signing of the agreement took place at the Estate Management Partners Limited's Head Office in Mohakhali DOHS. Taslim Md. Khan, Managing Director of Estate Management Partners Limited, and Rejbeen Ahsan, General Manager of Bproperty, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.
AKM Neamul Kabir, Director, and Mamoon-Ur-Rashid Siddiquee, Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing), both from Estate Management Partners Limited, and Syed Muttakillah, Head of Strategic Sales, and Khairul Alam, Business Development Manager, from Bproperty were present.
Speaking on the occasion, Rejbeen Ahsan said, "We are extremely delighted to be able to sign on such a grand project. Banani is one of Dhaka's upscale neighborhoods, making it one of Dhaka's most sought-after places for investment in real estate."
