BR working out 5-yr plan for service dev

The government is working out a five-year plan for the improvement of train services in the country, said Bangladesh Railway (BR) director general Tofazzal Hossain on Thursday. A meeting in this regard was held Thursday at Rail Bhaban with Railways Minister Mazibul Hoque in the chair, the BR director general told UNB. He said the officials at the meeting have chalked out some short-, mid- and long-term goals under the five-year plan in the making.
