BRAC Bank distributes prizes of Wall Magazine competition

BRAC Bank Limited recently distributed prizes of the Wall Magazine competition to commemorate the International Women's Day-2009, said a press release.
BRAC Bank Chairman Muhammad A (Rumee) Ali and its Director Tamara Hasan Abed selected the winners of the competition.
BRAC Bank head of Human Resources Tahniyat Ahmed Karim moderated the awarding ceremony.
Also present in the ceremony were BRAC Bank Chief Credit Officer Nabil Mustafizur Rahman, Company Secretary and head of Legal, Regulatory and Internal Control Rais Uddin Ahmad, head of Retail Banking Firoz Ahmed Khan, acting head of SME Banking Syed Moinuddin Ahmed, head of Operations Shah Alam Bhuiyan, head of Corporate Mohd Rafat Ullah Khan, head of Treasury and Financial Institutions Mohammed Rahmat Pasha, head of Credit and Collections (Retail Banking) Malay Kumar Paul and acting head of Corporate Affairs Abedur Rahman Sikder.
Acting Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the bank Syed Mahbubur Rahman handed over the first prize to Credit Card Collection Team for their innovative way of expressing the theme of International Women's Day, second prize to Bashundhara Branch for showing different roles of women and designing it with creativity, and third prize to Operational Risk Management Department for information in connection with achievements by women in such a creative manner.
