BRAC BANK LAUNCHES 'TAKAPAY' CARD

BRAC Bank has launched the 'TakaPay' card as a part of the National Card Scheme under the initiative of Bangladesh Bank. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina officially inaugurated this National Card Scheme at her official residence Ganobhaban on Wednesday. Managing Director & CEO of BRAC Bank Selim RF Hussain and other officials attended the ceremony virtually. At the event, BRAC Bank customer and woman entrepreneur Nusrat Jahan purchased a bus ticket from paribahan.com through the 'Taka-Pay' debit card issued against her BRAC Bank account.
