BRAC Bank opens 'Prapti Current Account' in city

BRAC Bank Limited has introduced the 'Prapti Current Account' - an interest bearing current account - with unlimited transaction facility and no intercity transaction charge.
BRAC Bank Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) AEA Muhaimen inaugurated the 'Prapti Current Account' at Imamganj in the city Wednesday, said a press release.
The account is a tailor-made deposit product specially designed to meet requirements of small and medium sized enterprises and to offer greater convenience in terms of financial transactions for business purpose.
Prapti customers can open an account with as low as Tk 5,000 only.
They can earn interest at annual rate of up to 4.0 per cent on their daily balance. There is no upfront charge during account opening. The account comes with a free ATM card to offer 24-hour banking facility from more than 150 ATM booths conveniently located throughout the country.
