BRAC BANK PARTNERS WITH SEL TO OFFER HOME LOAN BENEFITS

BRAC Bank has signed a strategic partnership with The Structural Engineers Limited (SEL), one of Bangladesh's leading real estate developers, to provide exclusive home-financing benefits to SEL customers and employees. Under the partnership, customers purchasing SEL properties can enjoy home loans of up to 70 per cent of the property's value, financing of up to Tk 40 million, repayment tenures up to 25 years, preferential interest rates, and 0 per cent processing fees. BRAC Bank employees will also receive exclusive offers on SEL projects, creating mutual value for both organisations. The partnership agreement was signed at BRAC Bank's head office in Dhaka on July 7.
