BRAC Bank takes part in Ctg remittance fair

Bangladeshi diplomatic missions abroad should have targets for remittance, export and overseas job creation to meet demand of local unemployed people.
Speakers expressed this opinion at the inaugural ceremony of the first Bangladesh Remittance Fair held at Chittagong recently.
Global Economist Forum President Enayet Karim formally inaugurated the fair and Shamsul Alam Zulfiqar presided over the inaugural ceremony. BRAC Bank Ltd was one of the main participants of the fair. BRAC Bank Deputy Managing Director Syed Mahbubur Rahman inaugurated the bank's stall in the fair.
A total of 20 public and private sector commercial banks displayed their remittance and specialised expatriate products in the fair.
Bangladesh Bank Divisional General Manager (Chittagong) Naushad Ali Chowdhury and other senior officials of various banks were also present at the inaugural ceremony of the fair.
