BRAC Bank to acquire more shares

The board of directors of BRAC Bank Limited has decided in principle to acquire further 25 per cent shares of BRAC EPL Investments Limited and 39 per cent shares of BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited from the respective shareholders of both companies. The company has also informed that after acquiring the above shares the total holding of BRAC Bank Limited will stand 76 per cent shares of BRAC EPL Investments Limited and 90 per cent shares of BRAC EPL Stock Brokerage Limited.
