BRAC, CHARTERED LIFE SIGN MOU

BRAC, the world's largest NGO, and Chartered Life Insurance Company Limited (CLICL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at BRAC Centre on Sunday to promote health insurance initiatives in rural Bangladesh. Arinjoy Dhar, Senior Director of BRAC Microfinance Programme, and SM Ziaul Haque, Chief Executive Officer of CLICL, signed the agreement. As per the agreement, all BRAC clients will now have access to continuous life, health, and maternity insurance services through Chartered Life. Belayet Hussan, Programme Head, BRAC Microfinance; Mohammed Amdad Ullah, Deputy Managing Director, CLICL; and Monzur Ahmed, CFO, CLICL; attended the signing ceremony.
