BRAC University's (BRACU) VC Prof Syed Ferhat Anwar, University Grants Commission Chairman Prof SMA Faiz, and British High Commissioner to Bangladesh Sarah Cooke, among others, were present at a aprogramme, marking the launching of a collaborative PhD programme between BRACU and SOAS University of London.
