Branches of banks remain open today

All commercial banks have been instructed to keep open all branches or specific branches today (Saturday) after taking necessary security measures to facilitate transactions ahead of Eid-ul-Azha, said Bangladesh Bank (BB) in a circular. Besides, branches of different banks at central venues like airports, sea, river and land ports, and if need be elsewhere in the country, will remain open Saturday to facilitate export-import, the BB circular added. — FE Report
