British Council\\\'s \\\'Customer Service Week\\\' from today

British Council, Bangladesh will observe 'Customer Service Week' from today (Monday) at all of its offices in the country to recognise the importance of customer service.
The purpose of the event is also to create a positive message to provide productive opportunity to generate an even stronger commitment to customer service excellence, a media release said Sunday.
Acclaimed writer Prof Muhammad Zafar Iqbal will inaugurate the four-day event at the British Council, Dhaka office, as the chief guest while prominent columnist Anisul Hoque will attend the function as the special guest.
During the celebration, the British Council staffs will also engage more with their audiences using digital platforms and the week will be celebrated through various activities, seminars, and online contests.
