Broadcasting policy could be changed: Matia

Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury on Saturday said the recently formulated national broadcasting policy may be changed or amended after the formation of the Broadcast Commission. “The government has announced the broadcast policy but is yet to form the Broadcast Commission. If the commission is formed, the policy could be changed or amended,” she told BBC Bangla Sanglap in the city. The programme on contemporary issues was recorded at the city’s Biam Auditorium, according to a news agency.
